  • Spanning 305,757sqft/ 28,405sqm, with a plot ratio of 2.5, this upcoming executive condominium is poised to meet growing demand for quality homes in the east.

  • The estimated breakeven cost for the development is projected to fall within the $1,200 to $1,300 psf range. Based on market trends and land cost, the launch price for Jalan Loyang Besar EC is expected to be in the region of $1,650 to $1,750 psf.

  • The strong bidding response underscores the site's appeal and the high level of confidence developers have in the executive condominium (EC) market - particularly in eastern Singapore, where demand has been on the rise.

  • Notably, this is the first EC site launched in Pasir Ris in 12 years. The last EC project in the area was Sea Horizon, a 495-unit development sold in 2012 and completed in 2016.
